Classes

There are three areas of development or study offered at the school.  Students can attend any one or or combination of classes they choose.

• Aikido – A traditional Japanese martial art
• Yang Style T’ai-Chi Ch’uan – A Chinese martial art practice for health and self awareness
• Energy training – A self awareness, energy practice based upon Aikido practices
